EDUCATION

From 2014-2016, I did my post-secondary education at the Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology taking their Broadcasting & Television Program.

During this two-year diploma program, we learned about concepts, audio and video production and how to produce creative and engaging video content from script writing through to a final audio mix and everything in between. The hands-on experience offered by expert professionals, combined with my interest in video production, enabled me to become a proficient media professional. We had many hours in a fully functional TV studio, with some classes shared with students from the Journalism and Acting programs.

I learned that my interest in video production mostly aligned with production management, camera operating, video switching, and video editing.

Outside of school, I wanted to work on more video projects. I went out of my way, just make something cool. It was really fun, challenging, and rewarding every time!

I volunteered with Rogers Media's Community Sports channel, covering local soccer and football games. From working on short films, to reaching out for client work, I found something in-between classes! Check out my portfolio for my previous client work!

After graduating, I continued to work on myself by learning new video production techniques, while using new tools.

Most recently for 2024: I've migrated from using Adobe Premiere, to Davinci Resolve Studio for my video work!
